Compact & Easy to Use

I received this Philips Satin Compact Precision Trimmer for Eyebrows and Face for free in exchange for my unbiased opinion. I have used many hair removal products and I’m always searching for something that may make this process easier. I’m very particular when it comes to my eyebrows, like many women, so I was a little hesitant at first about using an unfamiliar product. My first use, I wanted to try the eyebrow trimming feature. It comes with an eyebrow comb that easily attaches and you can choose your desired length for longer or shorter eyebrow hair. I stuck with the longer setting to test it out. It worked perfectly for what I needed which was just a few stray hairs that grow longer than the rest. My next use, I used the trimming head to remove stray hairs around my eyebrows instead of tweezing like I normally do. I was pleased with the results. It’s so simple to use & just as quick & easy as tweezers without the pain of plucking. I tested it on other parts of my face as well but I think I’d mainly use this for my eyebrows. The size of this trimmer is compact but I’m not so sure that I’d be carrying it around with me to be fixing up on the go. I do travel for work so I would be likely to pack it in my suitcase to use as needed. This most likely won’t replace other hair removal methods for me but I will certainly continue using it. Overall it’s a great, handy, simple to use tool to have!
Pros: great for quick stray hairs

Compact Trimmer

This product was provided to me, free of charge, in exchange for my opinion. First off, I liked the packaging; it clearly stated what the item does and what it looks like. Inside the box, the trimmer was compact and attractive. The instructions, though, looked overwhelming and weren't very helpful. Only drawings were shown with no written details. Having just pictures is a good idea IF they clearly illustrate what to do. I did not find them very helpful. Anyways, when using the trimmer it's fairly quiet and easy to hold but getting it positioned correctly (moving against the direction of hair growth) is hard to do because of the long length of the battery compartment. Also, since it doesn't have a light, it can be hard to see what you're doing. I have blonde eyebrows and they're hard to see in the first place! Overall, when used correctly, I thought the product worked pretty good and removed hair as close to the skin as possible.
Pros: sleek, lightweight, gives a close trim
Cons: hard to get at the right angle, hard to see what you're doing

Great and easy to use

I am reviewing this product in exchange for a free product. After using the product several times, I found it to work well on the fine facial hairs. My hairs being thicker, it wasnt as effective. It did however work on my upper lip and i used on my finger hairs and it worked great. There was no trace of the hair and my face and fingers were smooth. So I would say if you had fine hair, thus is the product for you, plus its really easy to put together and use.

The Philips Satin Compact Women's Precision Trimmer, that I received to write a product review, worked effectively and efficiently. Initially, I had difficulty getting the attachment to fit securely on the trimmer but after a few tries, I was able to get it working. It definitely was a close trim and it was perfect for an eyebrow clean up.

Discreet product

I received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion. This product is extremely easy to use. It came with a battery which is always appreciated. The instructions on how and where to use the product is all done in pictures which makes it very easy to understand. The product itself is discreet. Because it comes with a protective cap you would not know what it is. However, initially the cap can be a little difficult to align back, would have probably been better if it wasn’t an angled cap.
I used the product on my upper lip. I was initially surprised that it was a little louder than I was expecting. I was pleased how well it removed the hair, it’s a very close shave and easy to use. I did make the mistake of at one point dragging it across my upper lip and it did tug my lip slightly, but that was due to user error. Overall I was pleased with the result.
I next attached the eyebrow comb attachment, it’s very easy to do, but keep in mind that there is a shorter and longer slot for the comb. I was concerned that the few hairs that I wanted to tame would be cut too short, but they came out perfect.
Overall, I would recommend this product as it can be used on numerous parts of your body and I found it to be effective.
Pros: close shave
Cons: a little noisy

Travels well!!

I received this trimmer to review. I enjoy the fact it’s super small and travels well! I am a fan of dermaplankng but I don’t always have to time to get to the spa, this fills the gaps when I just don’t have the time! It works well with my face especially!

sleek and high end, good safety features

I truly found this product high quality, but I did received this trimmer in exchange for my unbiased opinion -it has not affected my honest review. It initially impressed me because the design is sleek and modern and relatively small. It seemed high end, like something made for a department store make up brand. It also seemed very well put together, and functioned perfectly. I used it on my eyebrows and around my mouth and it was very effective, did not hurt or snag. The little adapter pieces fit great, but the comb can`t stay on when you replace the cap for travel. It worked best on the hairs between my brows, I did not use it as easily for fine plucking on my lid, but for the many hairs needed to remove a unibrow it was precise and quick. Very useful. Did not make a loud noise, and also appears that when you travel it can`t accidentally turn on because keeping the cap on prevents the on button from switching on. This is great since other trimmers have turned on accidentally in my purse or luggage and it makes an embarrassing sound. Would actually make a good gift from a woman to a woman when you can`t think of something small but nice quality for a birthday. If someone gave me this and a bottle of pinot I would be so pleased!
Pros: can't accidentally turn on when cap is on, very modern department store quality design

Worked as expected

Tried this product because it was free if I agreed to provide feedback. I`m glad I tried it. It worked as expected, shaped and removed some hairs without discomfort. I like this one better than a trimmer`hair remover from QVC that was not cheap.
