I thought it did a good job on bikini line, but if held at a wrong angle, was a bit uncomfortable.
Cons: uncomfortable if held at wrong angle

Excellent Product with a Sleek Design

I was super excited to receive this product in exchange for my honest review. I have not personally owned any similar products, but I have used them before and have had mixed feelings. That being said, I absolutely loved this product! I used the product as soon as I opened the box! My eyebrows were in need of some serious grooming, so I decided to start there and see what I could accomplish. My favorite thing about the Satin Comfort is that it comes with not only 2 different size heads, but also comes with an eyebrow trimming attachment, tweezers and a brush to clean it off. The tweezers are really nice and work very well. The small head is recommended for facial hair such as eyebrows and it works perfectly. It was small enough to be very precise, but also did a great job cleaning up my unibrow area. I then attached the eyebrow trimmer and it worked very well also. You can adjust it to two different lengths depending on your hair length which I found helpful. Since I had never used a product like this before, I did consult the instructions manual to make sure I did it right (and didn't lose an eyebrow) and the illustrations, though small, were effective and helped me to see the right way to use the product for optimal results.
The Satin Comfort is very lightweight and sleek looking. I love that it comes with a carry bag that you can put all of the pieces in, because I can see myself losing them if it didn't. I also really love that it came with a battery, it's a little detail but definitely appreciated if you're like me and never have the right size battery in your house. The one downfall that I found with this product was that it is a bit loud. I was expecting it to be quieter based on the size and overall weight of it, and was shocked to hear it at first. I did get used to it after a minute and it didn't bother me at all after that.
The Satin Comfort does a great job of getting all of the tiny little hairs that you otherwise couldn't get with just tweezers, and hurts much much less than tweeting or waxing. There is a slight pulling sensation when you use this product but it is so slight that you almost don't feel it at all, and really have to be looking for it to feel it. Overall, other than the noise of the product, I absolutely loved it and plan to use it again and again! I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a really sleek and high quality precision trimmer!

Pros: sleek design is discreet, different size trimmers make for ease of use, carrying case makes travel easy and compact
Cons: slightly louder than expected when used

Compact and lightweight for on the go!

I received this product to review, and as a consumer my expectations for this product were fair. I am typically a disposable razor user, so the opportunity to try a powered face and body trimmer was nice. To begin, my expectations were that it would be a lightweight product, that could discreetly remove hairs, without nicks and bleeding. This product lived up to a majority of my expectations. It was extremely lightweight, which made for simple holding and guiding of the trimmer during use. There are two settings to this product, on and off. This trimmer also came with different sized razor blades. Upon examination, the two blades are placed opposite, and they vibrate in a high speed fashion in order to trim the hairs. While it gave a very close shave depending on the blades used, I was disappointed in the loud sound of the trimmer. Being battery operated, I wasn't expecting it to be silent, however, as a first time powered trimmer user, it was intimidating to place on my skin. It was easy to assemble as, the product mostly comes assembled minus the (included) battery. Overall, the product was lightweight and easy to carry on the go, however the sound of it was unbearable, and I'd hope to see that be worked on in the future. I would recommend this product to someone who is trimming smaller areas of their body that have more length in their hair as opposed to someone looking for a nick free close trim.
Pros: compact, lightweight, easy to assemble, easy to use
Cons: noisey

Great hair trimmer

I just received my free Philips Satin Compact Precision Trimmer in the mail, and I am writing this review to share my experience. I was really looking forward to trying this hair trimmer. I like it. It is well designed, fits well in my hand, allows easy access and control to small areas and contours of the body. It`s well made, comfortable to hold and control, it`s easy to use and has interchangeable heads depending on the are to be trimmed. It even comes with useful accessories (tweezers, cleaning brush, battery & travel bag). Bottom line it does what it`s meant to do!

Great tool to carry in your purse for last minute touch ups

I received a free sample of this trimmer for review. Overall, the product performed very well. I used it on my face, upper lip area, and it worked great. I love how small it is. I tried it on my eyebrows, using the groomer, but didnt see any difference. I tried it on my underarms, but I did not see good results. i think the hair is too thick to see any results, plus it is an electric trimmer, not a razor. I did use it on my bikini area, and it worked really well and did not leave any bumps or razor burn behind. I tried a section of my legs as well, and performed as well as any electric shaver. It is a great thing to carry in your purse and use for any last second pool parties, spots you missed on your legs you see later on in the day when wearing a dress or shorts, and for the small and sensitive area of your upper lip. It left no redness, so no one would know you just had to do a quick touch up. It is really quiet as well. it is a great beauty tool to carry in your purse!
Pros: quiet, small, easy to carry, no razor bumps, great for small areas
Cons: not good for underarms

I received a free SatinCompact precisiOn trimmer to review and overall I really liked it. I received the product and as soon as I opened it I loved the packaging and style of the trimmer. Overall, I really liked the trimmer but have a few things I didn't like. I loved how he came with different attachable trimmers including one that has a comb where you can trim over hair and it just cuts the hair to a certain length. Works very well for just following over eyebrows. I'm not much of an instruction person so I decided to try to change out the detachable pieces by myself. I totally thought I broke it at first and was thinking it was very cheap to break this easy but I didn't break it!!! All you do is push a little knob down and turn the top and it comes out.. super easy. I decided to do my eyebrows first and it was so much better than plucking. No pain and very quick. After my eyebrows I wanted to see if I could do my armpits and bikini area so I tried the longer trimmer. It didn't work how I thought it would and was really hard to get all the hairs and when I would do it it would make my skin look white/dry. I ended up just shaving. Overall, I really liked the product but would not use it for larger hair places other than face.

Slim Design, Great Product

Overall the Philips Precision Trimmer worked very well and got rid of my unwanted hairs. I should mention that I was sent a free sample to use for this review.
I was surprised to find that the product got rid of ALL different kinds of body hair. It worked better than expected on my bikini line as well as my underarms. It was perfect for trimming my eyebrows with the precise and accurate trimmer. The trimmer left behind some stubble but that is to be expected when using a trimmer instead of a razor or waxing.
The product itself is slim, discreet and easily portable for getting rid of unwanted hairs on the go. I could see myself buying several to have in my purse as well as at home. I would definitely recommend this product to my friends especially with summer just around the corner.
Pros: portable, effective, easy to use

Overall, I am pleased with this trimmer. I have been using this trimmer for a few days now in a few different ways. I should mention, I received this trimmer for free in exchange for this review. I think I will continue to use it even after I write this review because the way that I think I will get the most use is on my eyebrows in between waxing appointments. It did a really nice job in removing the stray hairs. It is easy to use and control and I like that it came with two differernt sized trimmer attachments. I did not feel that it got my bikini line as smooth as I would have hoped so I will probably not use again on that area of my body. After I used the trimmer I still felt prickly, so I will stick to shaving that area. I liked that only one battery is needed to power the trimmer and it seems like it is pretty powerful. I even used the trimmer to shave my sons neck since it has been as few weeks since a haircut! It did a good job!
Pros: great for eyebrows
Cons: left my bikini line a little prickly
