Cute Trimmer That Does The Job

I received the Phillips Trimmer product to review & my teenage daughter & I loved it. We used this product to trim around our eyebrows & it did an amazing job. This removed the hair on my face very easily. It doesn't tug or pull them out & the best part is that your hair just grows back in soft, not stubbly. It did a great job of trimming them back to a more manageable, clean look. I also recently discovered that it's a great touch up tool for the little hairs that I miss when I'm shaving my legs. I'm awful at getting my knees perfectly shaved, and this is great for a few quick touch ups. It was an added bonus that it came with extra attachments, a set of tiny tweezers, & a cute pouch to hold everything in. Would definitely recommend.

I received this trimmer as a free gift to review here! Wow, I'm totally impressed and recommend it to women and men! It's easy to use and clean. I'll never get my eyebrows waxed again!! The tweezers is a great tool, too! Everyone should use this trimmer!

Good for touch-ups

Before using the SatinCompact Precision Trimmer, I had only waxed or tweezed my facial hair, usually by a professional aestheticism. However, salon visits are expensive and time consuming, so after receiving this product as a part of the STARS research experience in exchange for my honest opinion, I decided to give another method of hair removal a try. First, I found the battery installation a bit difficult. In fact, after installing the included AAA battery, the device would not turn on. I had to pry open the battery compartment and adjust it so that the device would work. The precision you have to use to install the battery should be explained in the instructions - it seems to be a design flaw. After I got the trimmer to turn on, I tried out the small trimmer in the space between my eyebrows since it had been a while since my last waxing. It did the job quickly, without irritation. A week later, it`s still smooth. I also used the trimmer above my lip. For someone who regularly removes hair in this area, you may be pleased with the result. However, a week later, my lip is sensitive from the hair growing back. I`m also nervous that the hair will grow back thicker (which it wasn`t before). I would definitely continue to wax this area. I`ll continue to use the trimmer to touch up my brows in between professional waxes. I don`t see it replacing waxing all together. However, if you have sensitive skin that doesn`t respond to other hair removal methods, like waxing, this would probably be a good alternative for facial hair removal.

This trimmer has great features

Overall, I was really impressed by this trimmer. Before going any further, I should mention that it was sent to me as a free product to use for this review. What I love about this trimmer is the interchangable pieces, one for the body and one for the face. Changing out the two trimmer heads is very easy to do and cleaning them is a breeze too, especially since it comes with a little brush and a way to detach one side of the trimmer head for further cleaning. My favorite feature is the facial trimmer because an eyebrow comb can be attached and adjusted for an even trim. My eyebrows came out great and that alone would have given me a reason to buy this trimmer. The only thing I would like to see improved is the shape of the bottom for better handling as I had a little trouble with maneuvering the trimmer for my underarms. Still, I think it`s a great product and I will surely recommend it to my friends.
Pros: trimmer is sharp precise, easy cleaning, easy to interchange pieces
Cons: handling can be an issue

I received a free sample of the SatinCompact Precision Trimmer for Face and Body and I liked it overall. I liked that it is a good size to carry in my purse for on the go and it does not take much space. Another good thing is that it comes with tweezers for the hairs that you could not get rid of. It is a good trimmer for smaller areas like the face. It is useful for the body but only for smaller hairs. Overall, it is a nice product for the price and would recommend it to have in your everyday purse.
Pros: light, easy to use, portable

Great, compact trimmer!

I love the compact design of this trimmer. Trimmer and parts fit in the carry bag and the carry bag even fits in my makeup case! I could easily bring this along on a trip. The trimmer head is small enough to clean up the hairs between my brows and just under my brows. It was also great for my upper lip and bikini line. The shaping head was perfect for maintaining my brows and keeping all the hair in check...no stray longer hairs. My hair grows in fine and blonde and the trimmer was able to clean these up with ease and didn't irritate my skin. I was impressed at how close to the skin I could get! My husband even borrowed this to clean up his sideburns. I would highly recommend this trimmer! I should mention that I was sent a free sample to review.
Pros: compact, gets close to skin without irritation

Is a product with a super cool appearance, elegant and attractive design ... very easy to use useful and of great quality to keep your eyebrows free of facial hair as well as your face. As I could see it is multifunctional Quick and very safe. handy for its size as it fits perfectly in your bag and is very easy to maneuver, it also reduces irritation and works perfectly .. and what to say about the results ... I love it ... I am satisfied .. I recommend it 100%

Salon Quality Hair Removal

I have always struggled with my eyebrows, but short of regular waxing and shaping by a professional, I always assumed I would just have to live with them. I received a free sample of this device, though, and imagine my joy when I discovered that the Philips Precision Trimmer did almost as much for my eyebrows as a trip to the salon! I love this handy little tool! After plucking, I am able to shave away missed/unwanted hairs between and around my brows using the trimming head (the smallest attachment) and then use the trimmer with the comb guard (two lengths to choose from there, too) to trim my brows to a uniform length - all in under 5 minutes. The result? Very similar to a trip to the salon, but less painful and certainly less expensive!
The trimmer arrived disassembled but really only needed the battery (which comes with it) inserted before I could begin to use it. The instructions were very easy to follow and the storage bag provided helps keep all the small pieces together for me. It's truly one of the easiest, most useful items I have in my beauty regime!

•Works great for shaping eyebrows, removal of unwanted facial hair, removal of fine/small areas of body hair (ex. knuckles)
•Comes with a smaller trimming attachment for the face and a larger attachment for body hair
•Tweezers are included (so nice to have an extra set to keep in the bag with everything else)
