Very impressive

I received a free sample of the Phillips satin compact precision trimmer in exchange for agreeing to write a review. I tried the product as soon as I got it. I first tried it on a small area of hair to see how it did. I was so amazed with the results that immediately ran to the bathroom to remove all of my clothing to find other areas where I had hair to be removed. I have polycystic ovary syndrome which causes me to habe excessive amounts of hair to grow over my entire body. Some areas like my chin are very embarrassing and with normal razors I have to shave pretty much every day. The Phillips trimmer cut down my time of shaving as far as how many times I had put the product across my body to remove the hair. It got so close to the root and I was so amazed at my results. When I tell you it worked on every nook and cranny of my body it did. I also like how compact it is. I was able to throw it in my purse and use it while driving. I highly recommend this product to anyone who has unwanted hair.

Great for sensitive skin!

I received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion. My first impression of the product was that I enjoyed the sleek and feminine design. My favorite feature has to be that in addition to complete hair removal, you can also use the Phillips satin compact precise trimmer to trim longer hair to more attractive lengths. The instructions were clear and straight to the point which is always appreciated. This trimmer did take a bit longer to remove hair than the ones I’ve used previously but it leaves far less cuts! My boyfriend actually stole it a few times and mentioned that it works more gently and thoroughly than his usual trimmer as well. I was a bit confused about the trimming guard at first as the same guard has 2 different lengths depending on how far it is snapped into place but I appreciate that only one piece means less to clutter up my getting ready area. One thing that I would change is that it doesn’t come with any type of case for storage and with the smaller pieces that it includes, that seems almost necessary. Overall, the product met my expectations and I would recommend it for anyone who has sensitive skin like myself or to anyone who just wants an easy way to upkeep their brows.
Pros: gentle
Cons: takes longer than a standard trimmer

Great Trimmer!

I received this product for free in exchange for my opinion, and I am honestly impressed by it. I have used others like it in the past, and so far, the Philips SatinCompact is the best I`ve tried to date.
Not only have I used it for my brows and arms, I used it to freshen up my husband`s neck/hairline in between haircuts. He is equally as impressed by it as I am!
It is compact, sleek, and would be easy to travel with-I plan to bring it on vacation this summer. The color is fun and pink, but not too `pink`.
It is battery operated, and setting it up was simple. I don`t know how long the battery life will last as I`ve only had it a little over a week, but I would assume it should be roughly the same as other products like it.
The one downside for me is the because of how sleek the item is, it can feel a little loose and slippery in your hand. An area with a rubbery grip on it might help with this.
Overall, I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a simple, convenient way to get rid of unwanted hair. It has already saved me a trip to the salon, so it essentially pays for itself!
Cons: it could use a better grip

Great for my eyebrows

I am so pleased to receive the philips trimmer for free to review, it has been life changing and saving me so much money from getting my eyebrows waxed, I use the trimmer to clean my eyebrows and do my upper lip , it’s so small and pricise that it doesn’t take out more than what you want, I was scared to use at first but it’s easy and very smooth and does not hurt or leave small fuzzies. Highly recommend it
Pros: easy to use
Cons: hope the body attachment was little big for body

Perfect for on-the-go

I received a free sample of this precision trimmer to review and I have to say it`s a pretty great product. It`s really easy to use for touch-ups and gets a pretty close shave. I also like that its compact and it comes with a protective cap so it`s perfect to take with you when traveling. The only improvement I would suggest is making the cleaning brush a bit bigger, it`s very small and easy to lose. Other than that, I think it`s a great trimmer for anybody to have around for a quick touch-up.

Very discrete and portable trimmer!

I received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion. Overall, I enjoyed using the product and would recommend it to my family/friends. I love how discrete it is! When inside its carrying case, one of my family members actually thought it was a large tube of lipstick. Because of the carrying case it comes with, I found the product to be very portable since there`s no need to worry about it breaking in transit.
However, there were a few things that could be improved upon. I had difficulty opening up the battery compartment. Additionally, it was hard for me to decipher at first what button to push to operate the trimmer (initially I tried the button that actually ejects the blade from the trimmer). This trimmer was extremely easy to use on `peach fuzz` but I often found myself needing to go back and forth several times on areas with coarser hairs.
Pros: discrete, portable, extremely easy to use on "peach fuzz"
Cons: difficulty opening up the battery compartment, hard to decipher what button to use to operate, needed to make several attempts on coarser hairs

I received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion. Overall, I really like the product. It was compacted enough to carry in my purse or take on a vacation which was a plus. The design and feminine colors were nice on the eyes. It was easy to handle when using it and fit in my hand easily. It had enough power to get the job done. It was versatile in that it could be used on different parts of the body. The only thing I would improve would be the plastic casing was a tad flimsy. I would make it stronger so if it gets shoved into your purse or luggage it does not break.
