if only they would stay in my ears

I purchased these earbuds specifically for use when I jog. I find it very challenging to put them in my ears and keep them in my ears for the full duration of my run. the sound is fine, they are as comfortable as anything in one's ear can be but I am always concerned that one will fall out of my ear while I run. this happens a quarter to a third of the times I run. if I had to do it again, I would search for a product that hooks behind the ear rather than one that relies on friction to keep it in place. disappointing.

Nothing but trouble

Got these on Christmas day. Can't connect to my Samsung or my partner's iPhone. They connect in the case but disconnect when you take them out. Brought them back to best buy the next day but they wouldn't take them back. Why do they sell them if you can't take them back. They should be dealing with the rep, not me. Tried to get a hold of someone from beats but they couldn't help and then was sent to Apple support. They need you to set up a time for an appointment. We've tried everything to get these to connect so that'll be a waste of time. Wouldn't it be simple for Best Buy to take them back and refund my money and they could send them back? Anyway, this will be the last time I buy something from Best Buy as this has been nothing but a hassle.
