Great product

Highly recommend!
I now have two pairs - one set stays at work and the other is for the gym. Holds a charge for a long time - even the set I bought 3 years ago.
I have small ears and these fit me well, especially because they have a comfortable hook that goes over my ear to keep the bud in place so I can be active while wearing them and not lose them!
On Black Friday, I'll buy my third pair for winter beach walks.

Hurts, my ear and sound was very low

These headphones worked well for about a week.But the more I wore them, the more my eager is starting to hurt.The very secure, but they just hurt to leave on for long periods of time and after a week of use, they would slowly get quieter and quieter. I understand there meant to be a bit more tight-fitting for workouts, but this is too tight

J'ai acheté 3 paires au total, 1 pour moi, 2 pour mes enfants. J'ai dû retourner les 3 en moins de 6 mois d'utilisation. Ça tient bien, le son est bon, la durée de la batterie bonne, mais éventuellement, un des écouteurs produira un son trop faible, même lorsque le volume est au maximum.

Worth the money

The perfect earbuds for the gym. Comfortable and well built , I like the power on and power off option built into the ear hook, it is very comfortable to wear , light weight and have touch controls. The sound is amazing of course it’s JBL signature sound, you can’t go wrong. you can customize the buds from the JBL app. I switched from a power Beats Pro to this JBL , I didn’t regret it.

I had these for about a year and a half, they were very good. They were comfortable to wear and only had a few issues. Occasionally i would have to reset the earbuds because they didn’t recognize each other, it’s an easy solution but can be a little annoying. I’m about to buy another pair because they left earbud of my last pair lost its ear piece. Snapped clean off, other then that, they are very durable, they were able to withstand being dropped and slept on so overall they were very good earbuds

Worked amazingly well and I was quite impressed with the audio quality as well as the longevity of the battery while in use and they were comfortable.
BUT. After extremely light use (I used them MAYBE for 70 total hours over the span of 8 months or so) the left bud is no longer chargable. It's dead. I checked the pins after cleaning them all and the charge case registers when an object comes into contact with the pins on both sides but the left bud will not draw any power. The right one still works, but it's useless when only one works. And because I spent the last few months trying to get it working when I had time off work I can't use the warranty.
I paid over $150 for for these and got $10 worth of use out of them.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bad fit

These don’t stay in during physical exercise. No real adjustment in the arms. Then when they fall out they turn off. lol. Sound quality is low as well. If you opened them there is no returning to Best Buy. Buyer be warns. I’m stuck with these now.
