Bought this a few weeks ago. The permanent stainless steel grates look awesome. Fan speeds are great. Installation was a challenge but my contractor was able to make it work.

Range hood with bright LED lights

I replaced under cabinet microwave and install Cosmo range hood. I’m happy with my purchase but I don’t understand why it’s makes cranky sounds when fans stop.

Elegantly functional

Bought this to replace builders grade non LED system that was more than 20 years old. What a difference! Ventilates quickly and looks clean and elegant. Touch sensitive buttons work great, and having a timer is a great bonus feature. Simple, not too fancy, just what we needed. Very happy.

Powerful for the buck!

Bought this vent from Home Depot. It is quite heavy so you'll need two people for the installation. I am pleased with the overall quality although the 8" round duct is not we normally have here (6" in US) but my handyman was able to get around it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

So lucky to have found this brand! Cosmo is everything that we expected it to be. Now our kitchen doesn't smell bad when cooking. With this powerful hood. It's like we have a professional kitchen now. I would definitely recommend this!

Stove Vent

Pros,
it’s quiet, powerful extends out almost to the full length of the stove. The light is bright and functional. It’s an attractive piece of hardware and appears well made. It gets the job done.
Cons, it’s heavy. Very heavy. Installation was brutal. It arrives with the vent flap installed backwards and I had to remove and reinstall it correctly. And it is MUCH thicker than it appears in the photograph. It will Eat up a LOT of cooking space. I probably should have paid more attention to the height portion of the dimensions instead of going by the photo alone.
