Good phone but could be tougher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Phone is fast and does everything it needs to, only issue is from it being in my back pocket amd me sitting on it the frame is tweaked, I only weigh 150lbs it shouldn't have bent like that

Best Phone I have Owned

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have bought the Z Fold 4, S23 Ultra, and now the S24 Ultra, and I can confidently say the S24 is the best. It is lightweight, has a beautiful screen, and great features that can be mastered within a short time. I can do virtually anything and everything on it, and I couldn't be happier. I love the fact that it has no curves around the screen making it very easy for screen protector to stay on for a long time without peeling off.

It has several AI programs pre-installed that are free to use for the year! This is everything that a flagship phone should be plus much more. The display is brilliant, the processors are lightning fast, and ease of use concerning all the bells and whistles is the show stopper! Bravo Samsung!

Nice sleek phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had multiple samsung galaxy phones along with my husband. The one draw back I had with the galaxy s24 ultra is the lack of being able to expand storage. With my prior phone I was able to use an SD card to expand storage. I have had very little issues with any of my galaxy phones however this one is the first that I have had a cracked screen on. I have always had screen protectors on all my phones including this one. It was very depressing to crack my screen so soon after getting my new phone. Maybe it was a defect in this particular model. It literally didn't even fall that far. From the top of a night stand to the carpeted floor. I'm assuming it hit something on the way down but I've seen phones fall from much higher with no issues. But it is what it is. That is the reason for my 4 stars instead of 5.
Now for the positives. I love the feel of this device. It feels sleek and smooth. At first I thought it was kind of big, but it isn't too bad at all. was easy to unlock before the crack in my screen. All functions work well. I love that this model contains a stylus. It is great for quick note taking, and also for the coloring apps. I use it regularly and have no issues. In rare occasions I will bump my phone just right and it will start to pop out. However it has never just fallen out. My daughter thinks it's fun to grab my stylus out and start drawing. She is constantly leaving me little pictures on my phone.
Overall, this samsung galaxy s24 ultra is a good phone.
