[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Galaxy AI is a game changer! I can't get enough of my phone and all the amazing things it has to offer. I am a makeup artist, teacher, traveler and gardener. I use my AI option on my phone quite frequently. Mostly the photo search options and photo / video editing tools. It is so convenient to take a picture of my plantsand use AI to tell me what type of plant I'm looking at, what my planta might need if they look sad or even what other plants I can plant together. When editing videos it's amazing being about to change out the audio and suppress the background audio so that the voices in my videos can be heard better. Looking for outfits when scrolling on apps is always such a breeze! I'm so happy with my Galaxy phone and all the Galaxy AI features!!

The screen and security are not good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Screen sensitivity is awful, half of the time I have to tap things more than once to get a response. The keyboard when typing is the absolute worst.
The galaxy AI opens on its own accord. I still prefer NOT using the AI so it opening of its own volition is not OK.
The device security is horrid. The screen will randomly unlock while in a pocket, desk drawer, or laying on the desk. So a 1 or 2 out of 10 is generous in my opinion.

Yes! Finally a flat screen again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The S24 Ultra is the phone I've been waiting for! Best screen, nice and flat, it's a beast, and Galaxy AI is really useful in the day to day usage, plus work related tasks.
Battery is all day and the S-pen is great for taking notes, controlling videos in bed and snapping "hands free" photos.

For photos, the use of Galaxi AI is an amazing featuring. It's helpful to get the best result posible. I use my phone to control every thing at my home. From lights to air conditioning... everything at home is automated.
