Product has great features but update is ruining.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been a Samsung user since 2019. I started with the s10+. That was an amazing phone! Now I have the s24 ultra and updates are ruining the phone itself. My phone auto download apps and also have many battery issues and glitches. I am honestly thinking about switching to the Motorola Flip.

Incredible battery life with a camera to stun

Samsung continues to provide updates to the phone that has the AI working phenomenally. The pictures taken by this phone continue to stun some and convert others from different brands. I have been a fan of the Note series and continued on as they transitioned to the Ultra. The Samsung 24 Ultra has a battery that sustains your calmest day at work. Whether you are endlessly scrolling reels or rolling down the streets of San Andres. I have been fortunate as my profession provides me a lot of transitioning time ans this phone ensures I can manage my upcoming schedule while killing time. I recommend this phone and most in the series.

A phone that does everything I need

With all of the camera options, it will make your photos look professional with little to no effort. I use the s pen daily to take quick notes and to add notes to photos at work. It's basically a mini laptop that fits in your pocket.

Speaking of, i definitely dont miss scrolling on Google for hours! Just to give up anyway. 🤦♂️ Even razor has a new phone out for pre orders and the galaxies s24 ultras' "specs" STILL win every category. Thank you samsung for making my life so much easier the last few years!! 😊☺️

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung knocked it out of the park with the camera system. The new 200MP main sensor captures insane detail, even in low light. The 5x optical zoom replaces last year’s 10x, but quality is actually better and more practical for everyday use. Night shots are cleaner, and AI enhancements make photos pop without looking fake.

Happy with the camera

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my phone for over a year now. I love the pictures quality. Although it seems to take a long time to auto focus! And my battery dies pretty fast. However, I have a lot of pictures and apps stored on it as well! It has had some issues which i needed to take in to the store to be address, and each time it was related to something in the settings?!
Im also not sure about the Galaxy AI features, but I like how its helpful to navigate both my phone and the internet. "Take a screenshot" , etc. And allows for easy set up and personal customizing of "routines".. for an example, everytime I say "google get ready" she will respond with whatever i preset it to respond with. "Tell me a story, but don't tell me what to do!" And then immediately opens app and plays music!
Overall, the phone is a great investment. I would like to see a phone feature the S pen actually connected to the phone somehow (retracting line or something?), or at least wasn't so expensive to replace!!
