[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my S24 ultra galaxy phone. The features are easy to use especially after the updates, with more stuff added. Galaxy AI features are easy to learn to use for pictures and etc. Thought it would be difficult to learn to use but no it was easy. Wouldn't change this phone for anything.

This S24 Ultra is great but it has its flaws.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this phone less than a year ago and it has been nothing but the best. The Galaxy AI that was added was a nice touch and has been a loads of help when I can't touch my screen. It's lightning fast and perfect for my needs but there has been a few issues I've had with it. My first issue is to do with the protective layer on the screen. The screen oleophobic layer that is supposed to be scratch resistant, anti reflective glare, and smudge resistant has faded away within two months of ownership. I've seen many with the film still intact but many more with it gone being full of small scratches and smudges. My second issues is that this phone was ment to be durable, but my back glass has broken and damage has been done to the internals of the phone from a small fall even with a good phone case. My third and final issue is the phone bugging out when the battery dies. Whenever it dies there's a 50/50 chance when I plug it in it displays an error telling me the charger cable is wet and won't charge unless I connect a 15w charger then will happily charge using the original 35w charger. Even with all theses problems it still an amazing phone that has served me well for the last year or so.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Galaxy S24 ultra is an amazing phone, I can do everything with it. From my taxes to answering work emails. It takes really good pictures and videos. It is also great to play games on. I love everything about this phone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung S24 Ultra is more than just a phone; it's an incredibly convenient device for both personal life and business. Galaxy Al surpasses all other phones and is extremely helpful in resolving any issues. The Samsung S24 Ultra truly simplifies life. The camera has excellent zoom capabilities, which can be used for more than just photos. Fast data transfer, a real-time translator, and editing features are simply indispensable for my business.

Powerful Innovation

From the time I opened the box it has been an experience, it's design is sleek and feels well built. Apps that are preloaded allow you to get started right away, if you already have a Samsung device migrating your data, pics and much more is easily done.
Making it yours by personalizing it, especially when used in junction with Samsung's Good Lock App is incredible. Can't be overstated how much you can do.
I use the camera features both for personal reasons, social media, family, documenting life in general, and from a business standpoint, documentation of existing conditions to the finished product.
The S-Pen is so much more than drawing or taking simple Samsung Notes. The features that this pen can be used for, the button allows for you take a pic, or edit and sign documents, write to text (which is a great option).
When attached to a monitor, wireless or through a cable, Samsung's Dex kicks in turning your phone into a desktop. Very powerful and useful. I used it for presentations while teaching on occasion.
I'm now starting to use the AI assistant and life is getting easier.
There is so much about the phone that I could go into, but there isn't enough characters to keep going.
I have been a Samsung fan for years, and will continue to be. Innovation on another level!
