Great device. One problem.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The phone has been a great device. My only complaint is that 8-10 months ago I updated it and it will refuse to turn on wifi or Bluetooth now. I have to turn the device off then on again to make it work and then it will turn it's wifi and Bluetooth off and on whenever it likes. This is extremely annoying and there is no fix. I will not be forced to get a newer device due to a forced malfunction within the update.

S24 ultra the perfect phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To be honest, I am a fan of Samsung Galaxy phones. I have used a variety of Galaxy phones (Galaxy S5, S6 Edge, S7, Note 8, Note 9, Note 10, Fold 2, S21 Ultra, S23 Ultra, Fold 4, and S24 Ultra). The Galaxy S24 Ultra caught my attention because of its camera quality and AI functions, but with the new updates to the AI features and camera design, the phone is even better than before, to the point of being considered perfect. I love this phone so much, and over time I have come to appreciate how durable the titanium frame is, paired with Gorilla Glass Victus.
