Incremental upgrade from the s23 ultra but a downgrade with the loss of the 10x optical camera. Otherwise pretty much the same thing.

Software issues with camera

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wonder what "seamless actions across apps" means? Not sure if I have that in my 24 Ultra.
Anyway, generally this phone is pretty good. Runs everything well, some of the AI tools are neat, some are neat and useful, some not useful at all. It functions well in almost every category...
However, I've had software issues with the camera where they release an update and my 1x camera goes white and becomes useless. Then they finally released another update and it worked fine for a couple months. Then another software update and bam, my 1x camera is solid white again and useless. I can't use mobile deposit on my bank app because I can't choose another camera. That's the entire reason for my 2 stars. It's been broken since November 2024, nearly six months, about half the time I've even owned the phone.

Awesome camera

The size is perfect! The Audio Eraser works great! I love that I don’t have to switch between apps with the seamless action across apps.

This is hands the the most seamless transition between apps the most bang for your buck. I couldn't be happier about a phone. It's more than me phone it's my lifeline, my alarm clock, my med reminder, voice to text, hands free compatible with all of my devices. Kudos

I love the telephoto zoom camera
