This phone has a good processor!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my phone for both personal and work use. Although most processes move seamlessly, there are issues with the Android Auto feature. The phone connects easily with my vehicles most days, but sometimes it disconnects itself while I'm driving or on the phone. This happens both when connected by a brand-new cord or in Bluetooth mode. I have had five different Galaxy phones and this has been a recurring issue. This is disconcerting for my wife, who needs to use the Maps function regularly. It would be useful if the Android Auto feature weren't as difficult to customize. I have also had issues in the past where my phone will read my text messages aloud without my authorization.

Unfortunately my S22 Ultra was bricked and I needed to buy a new phone. I was excited for the new S25 line to come out until I learned the S25 Ultra no longer comes with the Bluetooth S-pen. I use this feature all the time with my Camera app to act as a remote to take pictures. I decided to go with the S24 instead. So far it works as expected and there were no issues transitioning to using it from the S22 Ultra. Since my S22 Ultra was bricked I was only able to restore data from my backups. I am really tired of these devices only lasting 2 years or so and with companies only providing minimal upgrades year over year. I wish they would last 5-10 years and make the next line a significant improvement over the previous not just adding a slightly better camera here and there. Also all of these AI features are actually quite annoying. Those are no benefit.

The s24 ultra is a great phone

It was a seamless upgrade from my S21+
The phone runs super smooth and I've been very happy with the battery life.
Crystal clear screen and everything from YouTube videos to games to my pictures look amazing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The best thing I can say is... Wow fast. It's processing power is beyond my mind. I don't use everything to really experience the speed of this phone. But the things I do use it for I'm blown away. I'm a former ios user. I too was sold the idea that ios is the best. I've not had one trouble out of my S24 Ultra. The switch between apps is quick. The multitasking is easy. Finger print sensor took some time to get used to, and screen protectors make it harder to use. But I found a great screen protector that allows it to read quickly enough for me. I do appreciate the cameras although I'm not much of a photographer, the ai help removing objects and fixing faces... More than I can do myself. I do enjoy the SPen and being able to use it for photo taking, note taking, signing documents on my phone, lots of cool things you can do with it. Honestly didn't know I'd love a phone this much. The ease of use is there. My service is also better all the way around. I'm not sure what happened with ios that my cellular service sucked. The S24 Ultra has no problem keeping service where it's needed. Thank you! Hope this helps.

24 ultra eehhh

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately I haven't been very happy with the s24 ultra from day one I've never been able to have my phone number attached to an actual SIM card on top of that I have random charging issues where the charger will connect when plugged in and randomly just stop charging and charge again brand new Charger brand new phone mic doesn't work all that great sometimes I can be heard sometimes I can't however the phone has been rather sturdy the screen doesn't seem to scratch very easy or break like previous phones so that's a plus. One thing in particular I do like is the "now brief" I like to check my current events stuff like that news per se the only thing I don't like about the " now brief " is that it tends to focus on things that you read before and so it doesn't give you across the board coverage it focuses on certain things
