Awesome phone! Great Pictures!

Good, but not what I expected somehow...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted the ultra when it came out with the S21 because of the pen and how often I imagined I'd use it for...well, everything. Then I couldn't afford one, but with this upgrade ((unfortunately necessary and it'd be a 3 week wait for the S25 which was released the same.day I needed to upgrade ...dang...)) I could. So I went with a S24 Ultra, one the store had in stocks that day.
I was super excited for the pen, but honestly it's more trouble then anything. It doesn't highlight when I want or flip through the apps as easily as the commercials showed. The ease of use seems clunky and doesn't work as well as one would think. To be fair, I'm middle aged and technology challenged, so it could just be me and not the pen at all.....but even with using it to write notes and such, I have to go back to fix over 50% of the words .....and I'm not that horrible with penmanship.
I'd rather have a normal stylus and have to use my fingers to type I guess. Unfortunately, the S24 Ultra is the first galaxy I havent raved about and would happily trade for a S21 or whatever again. I'm sure I'll adjust, since I've only had it about a month, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone and I'd never buy it again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this model s24 Ultra. And I'm in love with the Bluetooth s-pen for taking pictures and videos. Too bad the Bluetooth s-pen for the s25 Ultra was removed.
