A solid phone but lacking in a few departments

I give this device a 4/5 overall mainly due to a few things.
The first is the oleophobic coating on my unit has really interfered with overall screen usage and at times S-pen functionality. Not sure if its rubbing off or what but sometimes its no problem, others its not working properly. But a known issue with this device.
The second issue is Charging Speed. In 2024 there are many other phone options that can charge much faster, coming in at about an hour to fully charge the device, 0-100 is just unacceptable. Hopefully Samsung will get up to other competitors' level with at least 65W+ charging in next gen devices.
Coming from an S22U, I welcome the slightly improved screen-to-body ratio, lighter weight, slightly improved Camera quality, and AI seems a bit quicker on this S24U. Overall a solid device from Samsung despite those 2 major issues aforementioned.

Okay, let's be real, this phone is insane. The screen? Forget about it. Colors are so vibrant, it feels like you're looking at a painting. Scrolling is butter-smooth, and gaming is an absolute blast.
The camera? Don't even get me started. Pictures are insanely sharp, and the zoom is just bonkers. I can practically read the license plate of a car across the street.
And the speed? This thing flies. Apps open instantly, and I can switch between a million things without a hiccup.
Seriously, if you're looking for the best of the best, the S24 Ultra is it. It's pricey, but honestly, worth every penny.
