While it has a nice design. There are hardware and functionality features that are lacking or missing that was better on the S20 or S20 FE. The main points being that the video call is currently missing and fingerprint recognition does not work well. I've tried different options and tutorials and it doesn't get better.

Overall, happy with my new S24 Ultra! My only complaint is that when something needs changed with an app or a setting, it usually takes some time to figure out how to do it. Could just be there has been a lot of changes since getting my last phone, an S10 plus!

Great phone, Nice display, cameras, processor speed etc. The stylus thing works well. Negative points are the fact that the wide-angled lens is downgraded to .6 from .5, the fact that you can't change the battery, and the lack of memory, and the ability to put in a memory expansion card. I hadn't realised you could get these with 1 Tb ram, because the saleswoman didn't tell me, or I'd have spent the extra few dollars.

Although the phone generally works fine, its features are on par with other manufacturers...nothing special about the phone. HOWEVER, would not recommend the phone due to the dismal performance of the fingerprint sensor. I loved the sensor on my Note9 (worked every time and was placed in a position that was logical and convenient to the manner in which the phone was held...and was the primary reason I replaced the phone with the S-24 Ultra. The sensor on the S-24 is in a bad position, takes forever to finally get the device to register the fingerprints; and once finally configured, fails to recognize my fingerprints 8 out of 10 times. I regret the purchase (although the process was quite easy on the Samsung site) and will purchase some other brand on my next phone. This is my fourth Samsung phone, my eighth Samsung portable, and my 14th Samsung product purchased
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Noticeably more snappy than my old s22 Ultra. Battery capacity may be the same but seems to last longer as well. Camera is also much improved.

Got tire of the same with my old phone. No improvements, just on the camera and minimal stuff. This galaxy s24 ultra is the best decision ever. Was recommended to me and I will keep recommending it to manny people.
