Phone works as expected just a little freezing on the touch screen at times

So far, so good! I may have jumped the gun by upgrading from my S23 Ultra but I really love the look and feel of the S24 series. The Ultra just feels better in my hands and I'm glad they went away from the curved screen. The brushed metal on the sides seems as if it will hold up better over time (fewer scratches). As always, photos are amazing and sound quality is great. I'm a loyal Samsung customer and I'm very happy with my S24 Ultra!
I recently purchased an S24 Ultra. Ordered for a dual sim phone and just now while finishing transfer of everyday realised it has only one slot available. Why?

Dual SIM features on devices can be enabled using either a physical SIM and an eSIM (Hybrid eSIM) or two physical SIM cards (Dual Physical SIM). The devices that support dual SIM functionality with Hybrid eSIM include the Galaxy XCover6 Pro, Galaxy S24 Series, Galaxy S23 Series, Galaxy S22 Series, Galaxy S21 Series, Galaxy S20 Series, Galaxy Note 20 Series, and the Galaxy Z Fold series (Z Fold6, Z Fold5, Z Fold4, Z Fold3, and Z Fold2), as well as the Galaxy Z Flip series (Z Flip6, Z Flip5, Z Flip4, Z Flip3, and Z Flip 5G). Additionally, the Galaxy A35, A54 5G, A25 5G, A15 5G, and the Galaxy Tab S9 and S10 series also support these dual SIM capabilities.
