Washed out screen

Washed out screen issue is still there after 10 months. Seems it's not a SW issue. Wanted to trade it in for my S22 Ultra. But this is going back.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The display on the S24 Ultra is designed to deliver vibrant and dynamic visuals with Vision Booster technology and a 2600-nit brightness for optimal viewing in any environment and the brightest adaptive display on a Galaxy yet. If you are experiencing a washed-out screen, please ensure your software is up to date, as updates can enhance performance. You can also improve your viewing experience by navigating to Settings > Display > Screen Mode and switching between Vivid and Natural modes, as well as adjusting the Color Temperature Slider for further customization. I'm probably not the typical buyer of phones. As I went from an A21 to an S24 Ultra. Reguardless, I have still not figured out all the new ins and outs of this phone. But what i will say, its the difference between walking and driving a race car. Super fast, lots more ram and a ton more storage. The translator is awesome. Been spending a few hours watching videos on YouTube learning about this phone. So far it has not disappointed.
Mms issues ok wifi and network. Half the time don't send

Thanks for sharing your feedback on the Galaxy S24 Ultra, Jared. From the titanium frame hardware to the AI-packed software, Galaxy S24 Ultra delivers an elevated experience compared to its predecessor. If you are having trouble sending or receiving text messages, or they seem slow, it is usually an issue with the carrier or its service. If you stopped receiving messages after a software update, functionality may also be restored by changing the default messaging app. However, the messaging app may not be compatible with the current software version. Check regularly for software updates to restore compatibility. Check out the link attached for options to help troubleshoot this. If this continues to be your experience, please be sure to reach out to us at Samsung Support. -Kelvin https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01003232/ smsng.us/Samsung-Support smsng.us/Facebook-Messenger smsng.us/X-Messages smsng.us/Samsung-Community smsng.us/Warranty-Info smsng.us/Samsung-Care-Plus
