[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the AI it helps looking up equipment parts and repair diagrams . I have dropped this phone a hundred times . other than replacing my screen protector . I have not had a cracked screen . my usual screen replacement is once or twice a year . As a maintenance tech I am very hard on my phone . This phone has taken a beating without any injury to it . it is in a case with a plastic screen protector . Excellent phone , Best phone I have ever had . 2 Thumbs up

I switched, Camera is amazing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I traded in my a54 for a Galaxy s24 Ultra after seeing the northern lights in the spring and seeing how amazing my husband's as 23 took pictures in mine did not. A few weeks ago the northern lights showed up again and I am amazed at the quality of the pictures that I was able to take with my new phone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely love my galaxy. This is my third "galaxy ". I switched from another brand a few years back. This phone is fast, with great color. The "Galaxy ai" is smarter than me. Im sure I'll get the hang of it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the Galaxy AI feature because it makes my searches faster by answering my questions immediately. I have checked the answers and they have been accurate. It isn't much bigger then the regular S24, but it offers better photos and some features the others don't.
It is a good purchase, just don't expect much difference between the S23 and the S24.
