[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an AMAZING package ! The phone has so many features that I think are worth the effort to get it. First, the screen in 6.8 inches . This screen has the highest quality definition@ 1430×3120 pixels. Also the performance is lightning fast out of the box, with 12 GB Ram from a Snapdragon 8 gen 3 processor, which makes using apps smooth and quick. The camera , which is a 200 MP camera with 4320p for great pictures. This phone also has improved battery life with a 5000 mAh battery, so you wont be hunting for the charger cable everytime you turn around. This phone is AMAZING and a joy to use. If youre looking for the total package, THIS IS IT!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't like this phone. Why? Because I have to fight with it every day. When apps don't work, it has to be powered off ... wait 10 seconds ... powered on ... wait 35 seconds ... retry. Galaxy Ultra needs this dance routine 3x/day. My Galaxy S10+ doesn't. The space bar and some other keys won't work with any stylus. Turning on keyboard sensitivity (meant for screen protectors) helps, but now I get unwanted keystrokes when my finger gets TOO CLOSE to a key without touching it. The audio is sub-par except when using wireless headphones. (DARN YOU, Samsung, for taking away my headphone jack!) The heavily-touted Galaxy AI is mildly OK, but I resent having to SUBSCRIBE to it after a year to continue using it. The camera quality is also so-so. The advertised 200mp photos is a joke; the most I can get is a few extra megabytes. The front camera array features what LOOKS like 5x camera lenses. In reality, only one lens does 95% of the work for most photos which is somewhat deceptive marketing.
Video is also middling, but I like the slo-mo. The included Google bloatware shows me news from select sources — mostly far left like CNN and MSNBC — and many can only be viewed with ... what?! Yes, a subscription. The built--in stylus is so-so OK, but I still use an afftermarket (sic) stylus. See what I mean about keyboard sensitivity? Note the "ff" in "afftermarket".
Overall, this Galaxy Ultra needs work — a LOT of work.
At least the fingerprint feature works well.

Spectacular.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Spectacular is the only way to put it. To start, it's immediately noticeable how different it is in just average use. It feels premium with the smooth titanium, but that's just an understatement because I have dropped it a few times without a case and it still feels smooth. The screen is a dream to text on or just use in general no matter where I am. Out in the sun I can see the vibrant colors that the display does an amazing job of keeping bright even when it's hot. And yes, it is big and heavier than other phones but that feels somehow better than if it was lighter, like it's built to last.
Playing games are another thing. I can run games I like at a smooth 60 to even a liquid 120fps. And even if I'm outdoors, it'll heat up a noticeable amount but doesn't drop performance AT ALL.
Drawing with the S pen is just better. Better than my drawing pads and feels better than my friends certain type of tablets.
This is all without even mentioning the Galaxy AI. My 100x space zoom shots take crystal pictures of the moon and have come really in handy with far away signs. The main AI feature I like though is the notes align handwriting since I can be all over when taking notes.
Overall, it's not an experience really. It's a lifestyle. Because I could never go back to any other phone.
