Excellent device with loads of features!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My S24 ultra is a go to device for most of my needs, personal use on social media, browsing or work use for collaboration, meetings, email etc, entertainment like movies, sports watching. And the best usage for me is the camera; NO ONE can compete with the Samsung S24 Ultra for capturing still photos and videos. And now, using Galaxy AI, it's so easy and convenient to make the best photos ever.
There are multiple features of Galaxy AI that makes daily life easier like messaging, travel internationally without having to worry about the local language, search and find info about the local places.
I can't imagine how I would do my day-to-day and spare time chores without my S24 ultra.

Upgrade 11 years in the making

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have not intentionally used any AI feature of this device. I'm a bit skittish about new tech even though I got the newest possible device available. I just came from a Note 9 and needed a stylus, so this was what I chose. It is an upgrade I terms of speed and storage. I'm certain I will never learn to fully use the functions of this device, but it has proven to have a much longer battery life than my recollection of that of my Note 9 out of the box. Increased security is important to me and this device delivers so far. I am very much enjoying the new S24 Ultra so far with a couple of caveats.
The voice to speech function is the best transcriver I've experienced but the button is EXTREMELY inconvenient, on the lower left corner of the screen. Most people are right handed and as far as I can tell, there is no way to move it to the other side.
I also do not like the extra clicks to get to a phone call from texts. On my previous Samsung, it was one click, now it's two. It may not seem like much but it is annoying and took me a while to figure out in the first place.
Some of the apps do not function the same way on the Ultra, again with extra clicks to do what used to be very quick access.
Overall, it wasn't enough to bring me to return the device, but for as much as this device costs, I feel like access to functions should become exponentially improved, not slightly more challenging.
My 11 years between new devices should be a factor in how you perceive this review!

Incredible Tech

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've owned multiple galaxy series phones and they only get better. The Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra has exceeded my expectations. The built in software alone is amazing when it comes to photo editing. It's simple to use and does what other expensive and complicated programs do but in the palm of your hand. The Galaxy AI along with the incredible cameras of this device will make you feel like a professional photographer and artist.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Galaxy S24 Ultra with AI. I've always been particular about the phone I use. I haven't used the AI feature enough to comment about it, but I am starting to see it's benefits. This is the first phone I feel comfortable with to have multiple apps running simultaneously. I still don't like that Samsung has not made MicroSD cards compatible with their phones in a while, but the internal memory seems to be sufficient for the time being. I have been enjoying the use of this phone since I got it about 2 months ago.

Easy use features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The best feature so far is the Galaxy AI "Circle to search". I love it. I use my phone for work and streaming. I often see many things that I like to look up, buy etc. circles to search is great! My adult kids have tried it and now they want to switch to Samsung.
The FlexCam is another favorite feature. I'm horrible at taking pictures but this offers automatic great pictures with the auto zoom and an angle that is best. Hands-free selfies are the best.
