Powerful but lacking on the gaming side.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The phone is great, but after a couple updates I noticed a downgrade on performance. There's a lot of fps drops, even if not playing games the phone can get laggy, I cleared cache, app data, restart my phone it's still the same. Hope you can fix this because the phone is expensive and it should perform well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great product, as usual. I've had no issues. I'm glad the Ultras come with S Pens now, it's really convenient. Everything is very smooth and fast. I also love that this version has sharper corners, it's great for video.
I love the Galaxy AI features like photo editing. Removing objects and filling in gaps, blurring the background in post, it's all really cool. My only gripe would be that the Galaxy AI features are sometimes split between two separate places in the menu and sometimes they can be difficult to find. I feel like that's an easy fix and could be updated quickly.
Overall, awesome as usual!

This phone will not disappoint

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you are looking for a flagship phone look no further. This phone is phenomenal. The screen on this phone is great. It is anti reflective which is great for viewing the phone outside in the bright sun. It also has some great AI features with allows you to simple circle an object on the screen and it will provide information on that object. This was very helpful on my trip to Spain because I am not fluent in Spanish. This phone also has a great camera as well so those 4k photos and video always come out great. I cannot recommend this phone enough. Just get it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to get the best phone for my job. The GPS is terrible I have to restart in the middle of a delivery because it literally freaks out and will keep thinking I'm going in different direction. Very disappointing for my first flagship phone

Ultra upgrade

100× Zoom Impresses Many Friends

Then there's the Galaxy AI. My aunt loves this feature. I got her wanting my phone because I took a picture of a plant she forgot the name of, and I showed her how to search it up with just the picture alone. That's not all. You might have experienced people adding you on your social media accounts posing as very attractive individuals. I can check to see if they're the person they say they are or are just catfishing. Saves me a lot of time in weeding out the imposters on social media.
This is my personal phone, and I've always loved the Note series. It may not have the same name, but the Ultra isn't a a letdown by any means.
I especially love the S-pen actions that make me feel like Harry Potter. Swish and flick! Now it's in selfie mode!
And this is just me, but...personally, I LOVE the new design of the flat screen. I have some fat fingers, and I would always accidentally mistouch the sides of the screen because of the curved display! It was so annoying! Even with a case! I don't have that problem anymore with this phone fortunately.
