Best Smartphone I've Ever Owned

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The S24 is worth the hype. This phone is a night and day difference in comparison to all of the previous experiences ive had with my old devices. I use my phone as a daily driver for both work and at home. As an audiophile I love listening to music and adjusting the S24's inbuilt Dolby Atmos Equalizer to listen to all of my favorite music. It's incredibly smooth and responsive as I use my phone to browse and read during most of my free time. I haven't had much use for Galaxy AI besides for photos. I don't take many photos but, when I do, I often mess them up. Thankfully Galaxy AI is very handy, it's capable of generating most of what I prompt it to and has fixed a majority of my gallery. Overall its been a great experience, I can't wait to see how this phone continues to perform as I discover it's potential.

First off this is literally the same phone as the S23 Ultra. I needed a new phone so i upgraded but dont see the point after using it for the past few weeks.
This new phone has lag, freezes and glitches often. If it wasnt so difficult to send back I would have.
Lastly, I hate the color I got but it was the only color on sale. The very next day all colors went on sale and I called to get a new color, but was told I couldnt. Disappointed

Even at 5x zoom, you can see the vivid effects of Nightography in low light. Additionally, the new ProVisual engine enhances the overall photography experience with features such as high resolution, Super HDR, AI Zoom, Nightography, and Photo Assist. We've noted your concerns about your phone lagging. It's crucial to keep your phone's software up-to-date to enhance its performance and prevent lagging. To check for updates, go to Settings > Software update or System updates on your device. The process may vary depending on your phone model. Excellent Phone, with a caveat

Exceeded my expectations

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a power user when it comes to smartphones, the S24 ultra is the perfect multitasking/gaming/streaming phone I've used to date. I was skeptical about Galaxy AI when it first announced. That opinion changed drastically once I starting using it. I went from using chrome to Samsung Internet for how it summaries web pages and the translator feature is scary good.
