Marginal compatibility

Sounds quality is good and battery life is great. Unfortunately I cant connect this to my older iMac, which I've never had a problem with other bluetooth speakers or headphones. Makes them pretty useless if I cant move between multiple devices......I like them but they're going back because of this compatibility issue.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

No Charging cable

Keep asking for additional software to install for sound quality improvement and set up headset. Box said only Apple product compatible while it work on Android and laptop device too.
No charging cable of usb type c which is bad.
Sound quality is poor than Jabra headset. Battery is good.

Excellent earphones for Android.

When I was doing research on these earphones it was explicit with its Apple product compatibility which almost made me think that they wouldn't be suitable for Android.
I got them anyway and I haven't been disappointed. I verified that the AAC codec is used on my phone. The sound quality is just as advertised, deep and clear. Using them for about 45 minutes a day, the battery lasts for over a week. They also had no problems pairing with my Linux computer. So far I'm impressed.

Amazing Bluetooth headphones - no connection issue

Purchased these Bluetooth headphones in Nov 2022 because my LG Bluetooth headphones final died and they are no longer made. The only difference between my LG and this Sony Bluetooth headphones is that my LG allowed me to skip to the next track. Not a big deal, never had an issue connecting and when they turn on they give me the battery status via voice. The battery is crazy, 25 hours like it says, which compared to my LG was like 6 hours. I can ride and roller blade for a week without charging and I can say that they have never died on me yet. If you want a reliable Bluetooth headphones these are the ones. Still working with no issues and they are water and sweat proof.
One note do not try to talk to someone will bike riding, you can hear the person clear but they will tell you, I cannot hear anything but wind. Just stop and take the call.

Best Buy has gone downhill

Purchased these to wear under my helmet, not great at all, the dangling remotes are heavy and pull the ear pieces out, sound is “meh. Customer care at best buy is awful, their web site is all crappy vendors that overcharge for items that are refurbished or open box. I won’t be purchasing anything from them again

Breaks like clockwork

I've bought multiple pairs of these headphones because they are basically the only wired wireless headphones sold in person in my city.
They last 8 - 18 months (heavy use worn during physical labor and normal use respectively) on average in yearly -30 to + 30 weather.
When they go they go all at once: the button pad will warp and tear, the charging socket cover will break, and then finally the audio will just stop working.
The audio quality isn't terrible. For $60 bucks (tax) you'd hope it would be better but at least its not Drugstore quality.
If you care about longevity or being sustainable these are not the earbuds for you.
I need this kind of earbud due to a disability, hence why I begrudgingly keep buying them.

They’re great for a few years

This is my third pair of this type of earphones. I really like them as they are not attached to my phone but have a cord that fits around the back of the neck so I don’t lose them. The completely un corded earbuds simply do not work for me. I turned the earphones on and off regularly and adjust volume regularly and I find after 2 to 3 years the buttons give up. Notwithstanding trying other earphones. I keep going back to these as they suit me the best.
I would recommend this to a friend!
