[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My previous device was an S8 purchased in 2017, it was great. I had to upgrade once the S8 stopped connecting to 4g towers after being on wifi. The S21 is fine, unfortunately my device came with the front camera inoperable with provided software, 3rd party programs allows use but the camera will not focus. The only other issue I have is with the battery life. My 3+ year old S8 had had better battery life, battery saver mode helps but I don't understand why the life is so bad out of the box. That said, the device works well enough for me and possibly mine is just defective.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Overall good but has some flaws

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall really like phone but has its flaws. Do like the faster speed, longer battery like, better camera, and brighter screen. I miss a physical/visual home button at that can been seen when phone is off, something similar to what my old S8 had. I am all the time picking phone up and finding it is upside down and discovering the power button is not where i expect it to be. The voice recorder is awful at interpreting what I am saying - never had that problem with old phone. It does not connect and nor act well with the Chevrolet MyLink bluetooth connection on my 2015 Silverado truck. The S21 phone constantly interupts and shuts the radio off. It acts like is the phonw is trying to send data/music and causes the radio to stop. Maybe there is a software fix of setting to correct that?
