Easy to use!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I got our S21 phones about 4 months ago. Really like how easy it is to use. We had the S9 phones previously, so that might make a difference. 5G in this area is so, so. I have heard that 4G is still better.

Getting out of stone age first phone I had like this so much you can do on it and it's not hard to use plus t-mobile app is great can chat with someone and get answers fast as well if I called them outstanding job thank you!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm bummed about no longer having external storage, and they took away the aux plug. As for performance, I see no real big deal of a difference. I wish I had kept my old phone to be honest.
