So Slow!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wish I hadn't upgraded. I don't like having the "on" button on the side or that it doesn't have a headset port but, those things aside, this is the slowest phone I've ever owned.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Borderline useless outside of major city

This phone has been a huge disappointment. Having been with the same service provider for at least 15 years, I know the issues I have with reception are not my service provider. My last cell phone was about 6 years old, and had better cell reception. The S21 seems to lose all connectivity when switching between networks like 4g to 5g. Other than restarting the phone, I cannot use my phone when this happens. Unless you are connect to WiFi or in a major city, this phone has been nothing but a headache. When I try to do the online support, that doesn't work either. I have personally talked to several other people with the samsung S21 and they have all experienced the same issues. My next phone will not be a samnsung.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've had my S21 Ultra for a few months now and it is the best phone I've ever had. The 120 Hz screen is super smooth and the customizability is great. The camera quality is amazing. I can't think of anything I don't like about this phone.

I brought this phone back in March, best decision I've made. This phone is number 1 compared to other phones I've owned. I especially love the camera, and the watching movies on this phone.

From a Note 10+ to an S21 5%

I love it. The colors is what caught my eye and I was a bit hesitant to change from a Note cuz I am a business major in college and was a Manger at the time. But the only noticeable difference is the lack of stylus. The space, speed, and capabilities of my work is better with the Note and honestly I am not disappointed at all. It being my favorite color is a bonus.

This is my 5th s series from Samsung and its just not worth the hype. Feels cheap and screen cracked with the slightest drop very disappointing.
