I "Down-Graded" to this phone frome the Galaxy S9. This phone is lacking in so many areas compared to my old phone, from no sd card slot, no headphone jack, no LED notification lights on the top, too quiet of a vibration, a big bully camera taking an entire corner of the phone, and very few system settings and customizability compared to my S9.
The only thing better about this phone is the battery, sound, and higher picture and camer quality.
I'm disappointed, after having the S9 for so long, I figured the newer models would have improved.

Don't know why I bought this

I upgraded to the S21 because my S10 was acting wonky. Poor wifi performance requiring constant restarts, poor cellular connection.
Got my new S21 (my first 5G phone) and I see absolutely ZERO improvement in performance. No advantage with 5G, still have to either switch wifi connections every 20 minutes or so to maintain a solid connection (I've tried everything but a factory reset, and if I have enough hours one day to reinstall all my apps and preferences I will have to try that). Oh, and the camera is not anywhere noticeably different than the S10. Oh, and the button arrangement sucks. Can't power it down with power button without going into the settings and making that button the power button (it's the Bixby button by default), so if you need/want to shut down your phone you CAN'T until you Google "How do I turn off my Galaxy S21" and learn how. That's just what I wanted to do.

Any way I look at it, waiting for the phone to arrive and paying what I did was all for naught. I despise Apple phones, so I guess my next one will be a Motorola flip phone, if they still make them. It would probably be a much less stressful experience.
This will be my last Galaxy.

Great features but not exactly what I was looking for. this phone is only if you will be using the cameras.. and the screen cracked within 2 months of having it I believe

i bought this this phones a week before its released date and let me tell you that this phones is on the best out there from the camara quality, and vídeo quality to the games you can play on this phones most cool games like pudg or fornite solid 60fps or maybe even more. To make it even better if you get the galaxy buds ohhh boy totally new sound quality im telling you if want a new phone the S21 and above are the right choice

Feature rich and easy to use. I have been able to do everything I want and and more. Transitioning from split screen to one screen is quick and fluid. Swipe down from the middle.

I was so happy I bought this phone .it had been awhile since I had purchased a phone so I was nervous about what to pick.with all the customization features it feels like it was made for me.plus I'm in love with the color ,I have violet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I switched from a Galaxy Note 8. The cell service on this s21 is worst. In some areas I could see the call coming in but could not answer it. Also apps are slower. I could click (touch) one and nothing happened. In 15 to 30 seconds later the app would finially pop up. If you touched one more than once you might get a more than one open. After 2 months I switched back. No more S21 for me. Lot happier back on the Note 8.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
