Such a great upgrade

failed screen at 3 months of use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got mine on 01/29/2021. 5G network nopt really good in my area, so performance was better on my S10E. Screen failed, not physycal damage, on 6/03/2021. At least it was covered by warranty replacement.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Crashing Constantly?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been buying Samsung products for a while, and I am so upset about this one. It started a week after I bought my Watch 3, and it's getting worse. It crashes, and continues to crash until I can get it to hard reboot. It also spontaneously turns on the Do Not Disturb and Airplane mode, although Airplane mode has just happened once, this morning. I am very upset.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love my purple phone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was so easy to upgrade my Samsung S7 Edge to the S21 5G and I couldn't be happier with my new phone. Great camera, easy set up, super fast charging on a battery that lasts me most of the day and it's the perfect size. I have small hands and both have been broken over the years so I tend to drop stuff, this phone is easy for me to hold on to, has great quality video and easy to use features. You won't be disappointed. My sister and bff have both upgraded to S21's (purple) since I got mine.
