Disappointed ain't the word... I got this phone because at the time I had been happy with my note 8 but it was time for an upgrade. Well I got and the no charger ticked me off. The freezing during search. Then the heat from it was crazy. I didnt know if I bought a darn phone or and ice box. It frozen and the heat defrosted it. I'm thinking this is my last Samsung and I been team Samsung my whole life.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Purchased the phone in Feb.... Highly recommended for anyone who partakes in heavy phone usage. I am hard to please and I use and endorse use of this device for BEST original quality multimedia, editing quickly with efficiency and ease. Perfect!

I've had this ohine for a while now, months. Nothing special about it. Was told it had a very nice camera. The quality of photos and videos is terrible! It doesn't seem 5g because it till lags in internet and loading photos on websites. I absolutely hate this phone and wish I remember which consultant helped me pick it.

Good Phone, can run everything decently, doesn't give me problems, very fast, I wish it had more battery but I am just being picky here.

Camera underwhelming

I purchased this phone when it first came out and am underwhelmed with the camera. I thought Samsung had a reputation for having a good camera and good night photos, but not this phone. I would go with a different phone if you are looking for a good camera.
