Fantastic Camera, Downgraded Battery

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded to the Galaxy S21 from an LG G7, and I have mixed feelings. The camera is fantastic, definitely a major upgrade from my LG. The camera is so nice that I haven't even touched my DSLR since buying this phone. The phone's performance is also fast and smooth, and the speakers are really nice and clear. However, the battery is a major downgrade from my LG, and even my Samsung Galaxy S6. It supports wireless charging, but it takes super long to charge this way, so I end up just using my old corded charger, which charges way faster. The battery also drains a lot faster than my LG, even when I'm not using it. Even though the camera is really nice, I often regret buying this phone because of the battery. You would think a much newer and more expensive phone would have a decent battery and would allow you to effectively use wireless charging. I don't understand why Samsung would go backwards with their technology. Also, it does not come with a charger or headphones. Another disappointment for such an expensive device.

Too bad you have to choose at least 1 star. BIGGEST PIECE OF TRASH THAT I HAVE EVER BOUGHT! We purchased 2, after 2 weeks we BOTH received replacements, kept dropping calls, wouldn't load, cameras would not focus (the replacements we received, have the same issues. I can't do anything on this phone without being angry.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upgraded from the S7 Edge and was not immediately blow away. I feel the phone could have had a bit better features, now going from the S7 Edge to the S21 you do see progress in the screen and camera quality. Now as for service unsure if it's a phone issue or service provider issue but I have experienced dropped voice and video calls. Other then that the phone does the job nothing grand or spectacular

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased my samsung s21 device a little over a month ago and so far everything has been a breeze. It is a real game changer compared to my last phone and I am proud of all the features that it hosts. The only real issue I have with the device is the dust and moisture detector for the charging port. Just 2 weeks after I got my phone the moisture and dust detector prevented my phone from charging and it forced me to wait nearly an entire week before it charged again. What's worse is that my cable no longer works for the super fast charging feature that the phone hosts, and I am unsure if buying a new one will be any different. Overall the experience is awesome and I love my new device, but this is my only real concern.
I would recommend this to a friend!
