Great but not perfect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my S21 for a few months now and overall it's a great phone, display and cameras are crisp and amazing quality, I'm not sure if it's the phone or the apps themselves but some of the apps I use tend to be slow as far as load times, but overall I can say that I'm very satisfied with the device and plan on upgrading whenever the next gen drops

Amazing Product !!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Of course I've LOVED all of my Samsung devices, including my new S21. This was a significant upgrade, but there doesn't seem to be any real new & improved features. I have a terrible time getting the fingerprint to work with any kind of a cover and the facial recognition isn't great. I still don't understand the Bixby feature, but that's on me. I don't like not having a traditional headphone option. The camera is great, but not loads better than the last one. Overall, the 5G would and "newness" would be my reason for buying.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
