All around AMAZING!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded from an S9+ to finally buying myself something nice, the S21 5G!! I couldn't be happier! The camera is better, it has great features that can be voice activated, cool features like AR Emoji dancing when someone calls, and access to multiple One-Drives and connecting features I need to print remotely from work. EASY to use also! Thank you Samsung!! Now my daughter wants the same phone, too!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few months ago and am so disappointed, I traded in my note 9 and wish I had not. This phone is a 2 steps down except for 5g.

It's great but...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded from a Galaxy Note9 because it was just too big and I love the size of the S21. It's aesthically pleasing, it takes amazing photos, and I like the 5G capability. However, the battery life on this phone is less than stellar. If you need to use your phone a lot through the day, the battery life might be an issue for you. The battery life issue is a disappointment for me.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice phone but....

I just recently purchased this phone. It's nice takes great pictures, but the lack of the SD card really isn't for me. I don't like putting my pictures on "the cloud" so therefore I have to keep my old phone with me to reference my pictures taken on my previous phones. Also, it seems as if it's iPhone like. If I wanted an iPhone, I would have purchased it. Does have nice features, but I'm tempted to go back to my older model until it no longer works.

Galaxy S21 IS A BEAST

This phone is awesome it does everything I ask of it , and more . The memory capacity rocks . It's easy to use , looks pretty cool , great camera quality . Picture resolution is freaking awesome . Fits perfect in my hand . The sound quality is magnificent couldn't ask for better sound . I have recommended this phone to all my friends and family 3 of them got this same phone . I can't put it down for 20 minutes its got me hooked .

Headphone jack missing and can't use square

I purchased this phone to take great pictures. I also use this phone to process credit cards with square. I have purchased 2 different dongles to plug into the USB-c to have a headphone jack and I can't get the headphone jack to work for processing. I tested my squares with my friends phone since she uses square too. What a useless phone for business! I have had the phone one week and I can't use it for one of the two reasons I have a cell phone. What dongle works with this phone? I need it to process credit cards at shows. What happened to the headphone jack in my phone?

The night feature takes this phone to another leve

I've always been impressed with Samsung phone cameras but this bad boy has a night mode that grabs the light that is available & uses it to brighten the picture. Super clear videos on 4K as well. I could go on & on & by the time I'm done you'll probably have one ordered. The battery also last a heck of a lot longer!

Worst phone I've ever had

I upgraded after 5 years with my S9.
Biggest mistake.
This phone is the worst.
Group texting is a night mare.
Unfortunately WFH, I do this all day with my co-workers.
Every single text needs to be downloaded individually.
Picture texts take 15 minutes to load, if they even do.
Most texts fail to send..
Many dropped phone calls.
