[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this because I had to upgrade my previous phone in order to have 5G. I was apprehensive but I really like the phone and the features. The speakers are great, camera is clear and crisp. Overall very happy with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had this a few weeks now and my biggest complaint is that the battery dies super fast...annoyingly fast. Also, the camera is not as great as I thought it would be.

Fast with a clear display and great camera

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Outside of the phone itself, Samsung makes it incredibly easy to move data over from either Apple or Android. Saves a lot of time trying to copy over data and re-setup your phone. Grabs contacts/message history/photos/etc.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well the cell service is shotty at best I. The country . This is more driven towards a city person . I love my phone but doesn't want to pick up my home wifi when it's only maybe 30 feet from it .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Note 8 from which I upgraded gave me literally zero issues ever; I was VERY happy to switch from iPhone to Samsung, but the S21 has been problematic from day one: Google Assistant is very finicky; I often have to yell at my phone up to 3 times before it finally hears "Hey, Google" and when I'm driving, it seems like there's a 50% chance it will never hear me at all. I encountered an issue where my phone, without input from me, decided to completely delete/misplace text messages in random conversations (not full or all conversations, just older texts from random conversations without a clear pattern to determine why it did it). I had to have my first S21 replaced because after about 2 months it refused to connect to either of the two WiFi routers in my home claiming that it couldn't secure an IP address. I have significantly worse coverage at my home with the S21 - you would think this was due to having less 5G towers than 4G towers in the area, but even when I switch the setting to just do 4G, the internet is infuriatingly slower than the Note 8 was (like literally less than 1mbps at times). Even though I setup the T-Mobile visual voicemail app, whenever I get a voicemail I receive a notification from the Phone app instead, which leads me to the dial-in voicemail like I'm back in 2005 AND that notification can't be dismissed unless I do the dial-in OR it takes quite some time after I've listened to the voicemail in the visual voicemail app for it to dismiss itself. There's definitely more issues than this that I've encountered, but this is what I remember off the top of my. head and I'm tired of typing.
