Dropped calls

I had this phone for few months now. I have traded my IPhone 11 pro 256gb. I needed a change and also i wanted to find out if android have improved.
I must say the camera is way better on the IPhone. It takes pictures faster. I can't take pictures fast on this phone because the camera doesn't open fast enough or the picture is blurry. The main issue that just started now is that my phone calls are being dropped. It's been an ongoing issue for 2 weeks. Short or long phone call each are being dropped even my signal strength is full. I just can't hear the other person and they can't hear me. I just have to hang up and call back. It's starting to be annoying a lot. Other than this issues the phone is working great. If they will not fix this issue i am not sure if I will stay with android.

Bixby sucks

Bixby sucks. If I can't get rid of all the stupid Bixby pop-ups the phone goes back. 8 to 10 times a day Bixby activates itself in my pocket with weird screens with no way to turn them off or get rid of them. The Bixby app is uninstallable and no way to disable, which should be illegal. Many of the apps seem to be able to turn themselves on in my pocket and then I end up with some bunch of them doing whatever they get triggered to do? I seem to have found a way to minimize this but Bixby lives on, but not for long in my pocket.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great NEW features but why is calling an issue?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this phone about 2 months ago. It has pretty cool features. The camera is AMAZING. My one issue is the fact that calling is a hassle. The person on the other line can hear me but I can't hear them. Other than that it performs pretty well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the camera on my device, it really captures what the eye sees! I'm not fond of having to keep my notification volume up in order for my alarm to go off, there is no separate volume control for them, it's both or neither. Until you figure that out you're left wondering why you slept in late so many times. I know several people this has happened to. Overall service coverage is on the lower side of average.
