Great phone, minus the sim issue

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the phone, exceptional camera. However- a major issue is the fact that it was advertised as a dual sim phone when, in fact, it is not a feature enabled by Samsung. After contacting customer service i was told it was an issue with my carrier. When i explained it was not, as I had planned to use the phone internationally, I was told it will be enabled at some point, with no specific date or guarantee. Not happy, since this was my main reason for purchasing this phone.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Absolutely love the camera!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I jumpsuit from my old s8 to this and I haven't looked back since. The camera is amazing. It has a smoothly responsiveness. Only wish there were more colors when I purchase, but a case or stickers are quick fixes for that.

Nice Size Phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far this have been a nice phone compared to my last phone which was the Galaxy S7. I held out as long as I could before investing in a new phone and decided the S21 was the one. I like the size, the features are familiar to me as I have used Samsung phones before and the camera seems nice. I am not camera savvy so I don't know what are the functions and buttons are for but I think it takes good pictures. The battery seems to last longer than my last phone and the phone seems to charge in a decent amount of time. I like using the USB-C type cord now as it seems to have a stronger connection versus the the standard USB-micro cord.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I absolutely love the display on this device. At times it feels like there is so much I don't know that this device can do which I view as s pro or a con. All in all I prefer this over an iPhone hands down
