Poor connection, no earplugs, no charger

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When i came from Apple to Samsung that was because at that point Samsung stopped following Apple and became more innovative. Now, Samsung is following Apple in it's major flaws like removing the charger from the box, removing the earplugs and the 3.5mm outlet making you choose between charging earbuds or an adapter. In my mind, Xiaomi, HTC, One+ will take Samsung market share due it's obsession with Apple. Samsung, understand that your customers are looking for something different than an iPhone in the same price range. You have done better since the S7 and now i could pretty much buy an iphone and have the same or more features. Years ago I could tell the reasons to leave iPhone behind, but now i see no difference. Please look for your existing customers and don't pretend to be something you're not.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the features of this phone, the fingerprint feature is easier to use than on my S7. It is fast, everything loads quickly. Camera takes great pictures and the feature to be able to scan with it is helpful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had to buy the upgrade for. My 2 years old Samsung, regardless doesn't have the light announcing calls, e mails or is charging , I now am able, to do photo shop, click a photo and take me to their website, finger prints instead of passwords etc.
I would recommend this to a friend!
