[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everyday I learn something new and useful with my S23 Ultra. I mean just when I think I've seen it all I get another surprise. I've never been great at taking pics, however with this phone's technology I really don't have to be. Whether it's taking photos of all the Christmas lights at night or the decorations during the day my photos come out like professional quality. My friends still think I'm joking when I tell them how dark it was taking some of my pics. Samsung you keep doing what it is you do. I'm getting you new and 1st time customers daily.

Technology meets convenience

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This phone has been a godsend from the tech angels above. I have been using iphone for years and just recently transitioned over to android. I have to say this is the best electronic device I have been graced to use in my life. The convenience of what I need to achieve everything for my businesses in the palm of my hands. Countless times I have been taking care of multiple tasks at once and seem to be able to get so much done and have it all be well organized. Thanks to the multiple window organization tools. As well as playing my music or an audiobook at the same time. I am able to dive into my own realm of possibilities and achieve so many tasks at once. This device has improved my life tremendously and not only is it able to meld technologically with my capabailities, which are limited in capacity. It has amazing durability features. I tend to be rough with my devices and this one has surely stood the test of time. Its durability outlasts any other devices I have owned. Its going to be a part of my life to use android devices because of the bang for my buck as well as secure reliability.
Thank you Samsung for making my life better in many ways, especially in these tough worldly times we live in.

Great phone, size and power. But lacking features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My experience with this phone has been great. However 2 things that I wanted to point out. 1 being the software update. I noticed they aren't rolling out as fast as I'm seeing older phones getting updates. 2nd, when connecting to my external portable monitor, I have to connect power to the monitor to get Dex to work. My previous Samsung phones, even s20 FE was able to run Dex without power supply to the monitor. Unless there's a setting I need to change. Aside from that, everything else works as it should.
