[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is always useful this is my first phone it is reliable in all situations. I've used for school and home it allows me to do school projects at home and work on things without my laptop. It helps me at home by letting me text others, browse the Internet, and check on daily news by using the side panel at the home screen. The phone has been dropped many times without a scratch and is useful to play music in the shower due to it's water resistance. I love this phone and wish to have more Samsung phone's in the future Samsung really did do a good job with this device.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I mainly use my phone to keep in contact with friends and family and to play games read and watch videos. What I like most about my phone is how easy it is to navigate. I really like Bixby text to call I think thats so cool. I don't like how difficult it is to send pictures and videos to people who do not have samsung phones tho, they always end up being blurry and very low quality to the point that you can't see what the picture or the video contains
