[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Samsung is amazing. It loads fast for streaming. It plays games really well. Never had a phone load games quite like my Samsung. The galaxy AI is amazing too. You have it do so many things. Honestly AI is getting better each day.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My s23, as well as all the other Samsung products I own (watch, chromebook) is a solid, efficient and reliable device. I am surrounded with users of another leading product who continually face hardware and software glitches that I don't have to confront. There's another s23 user in our group. We occasionally share knowing glances when the (1) "let's try to fix her/his phone" communal ritual is underway, or (2) when they get all excited about a new feature on their phones that we've had forever.

The speaker phone volume is not loud enough at all. Several bugs . I would love to be able to assign each app. It's own sound

The best galaxy upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A really great phone overall! One UI is nice and very sleek to use. The phone is very fast and lightweight. It's also great for mobile gaming on most games which is a win win in my opinion. The multitasking is unbelievably great with this phone, very useful. Their new "Galaxy AI" is actually crazy on how good it is with its new features, it's really outstanding. The phone is really light and small, so it's easy to carry around while your at work, at school.. etc.
