[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I pre-ordered this device when it was first announced and I'm glad that I did. The device is way more powerful than my previous Galaxy Note 9. The camera features are next to none and I love that I can record in 8K! The pre-order included the Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro and I use those everyday. I have no complaints about this purchase!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about a month ago and I have absolutely zero complaints. I upgraded from the S9+ and it is night and day. While the phone itself is a similar size, the screen of the S21 Ultra is larger and just flat out better. I do wish parts could be replaced cheaper. Because they are not, I have to keep my phone in a case, which does unfortunately diminish the value of such an elegant design. But, that's a complaint about Samsung's policy, not the phone itself so the 5 stars stand.
