Good phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the phone except for a few minor issues that I'm getting used to. It's a little top heavy, and big, making it feel odd in your like it's going to tip out of your hand when typing. While it's in your pocket, you definitely feel it in there, it's actually nice to know because my s10e was very light in comparison and I was constantly making sure I didn't lose it out of gym shorts, etc, and it was much easier to use one handed.
The speakers could be better. I even have a Samsung case and it isn't loud enough to hear outside with the normal volume of the day's background noise. Putting your hand behind the speaker amplifies it.
The fact that it's an unlocked phone makes voicemail a huge problem, downloading the software doesn't work and there's no native voicemail app in the phone which makes it unae to receive notifications, so I have to call my own voicemail after missed calls to see if I have a message. That's not a problem of the phone as much as the carrier and I haven't been able to work that out.
Aside from those things, it has a really nice display and so many functions that I'll probably never use half of them, although I'm gradually working my way through everything and finding more useful additions all the time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The phone performance is great so far, 120Hz screen is nice and smooth, camera is not bad, speakers are nice and loud enough for me. The only cons is the finger print unlock barely works for me, at the end I have to use pin to unlock. I think it's my finger's problem.

The battery last all day. Even when my grandson is playing games on it for hours at a time It takes amazing photo's and videos. It is a very durable phone. I accidently dropped it in a bucket of water. Found it 20 minutes later wiped it dry it has worked perfectly.
I can only say that if you are looking for the perfect phone this is it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I buy a phone for the the purpose of taking pictures and videos. Let let me just say, WOW! This phone has gone far above and beyond anything I thought it could do with pictures and videos. This is by far the best phone that Samsung has put out to date (and I have had a few). I have already converted at least 5 (that I know of) people from iphones just by showing them my photos that I take. Keep up the good work Samsung!
