Smooth operation

It's a very smooth running device and has all the Android bells and whistles we expect at this point. I do have issues with the camera opening when I am trying to lock the screen, otherwise it would be 5 stars.

Solid Smart Phone with Awesome Camera

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this brand new as a preorder from Samsung. I upgraded from an S8 that had been my Old Faithful for years. I'm so glad I upgraded with this Galaxy! It's awesome and takes pictures and videos that I get compliments on all the time. I'm a real estate agent and use my phone for my business too and it never has trouble keeping up with multiple apps running at once. Very pleased with this Galaxy! I bought my husband and mother one, too.

Best phone I've ever had

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my S21 Ultra for about 8 months and it is by far the best phone I've ever owned. I've been using the Galaxy S series since the S3 came out and have used every model since I got the S3.
The battery life is exceptional and has never run down even though I use the phone constantly. I find the camera takes excellent pics. Samsung has been much better at updates for this phone than my previous phones from Sansung.
My only complaint is that the phone is on the heavy side. Even so, I plan to keep using it for as long as possible.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The Do It All Phone!

The long battery life, processing power, 5G quickness and camera capabilities were a step up from my old Galaxy S10. The 100X telephoto zoom of the camera came in very handy on our trip this year to Alaska!
