Freakin awesome

I'm a master gardener and I couldn't be happier with the camera for before and after shots on a job (waterproof is nice too). It's the first time I've ever let a phone really sync with all my stuff and boy it gets to know you real fast. The super HD screen is awesome, it's not TOO big, and the sound by itself for any kind of media is insane. It has a ton of super awesome features I get to learn. My parents got them too and it wasn't super hard for me to set up for them or for them to learn how to use (they are 70). All in all, awesome phone. Just... get the insurance lol.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The S21 strikes a good balance between power, features, and battery life. Meaning that I can crank up the FPS or performance for gaming at a slight hit to my battery or tweak all those settings to get the day and a half battery life I got with my S10. I bought an S-Pen to use and I'm back in Note heaven. I love the connectivity that Samsung has added to connect to so many devices through SmartThings, bluetooth, or even the Your Phone features that I use daily.
I'm a videographer who uses high-end cameras every day and yet I still use my S21 Ultra regularly for hard to film spots and no one can tell when it's stitched into my final videos. The camera bump-out is annoying but totally worth it for the camera quality.
This is a power-user's phone. There is no phone currently out that can beat the power, features and camera. If you can swing the price (easier to do with the many trade-in deals), it's the best phone you can get. (Now if it only folded....)

Excellent upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got tired of sending in my old phone for repairs and overall it was a horrible model. It was not a Samsung either. I am so happy that I upgraded my life to the ultra. I had no idea it would so much quicker and the camera quality wow! I wish I had chosen this phone sooner for the picture quality. Feels like I wasted a year taking pics with my old phone. Definitely better features all around. I am very pleased and most likely will be a lifelong Samsung phone owner.
