Expandable memory

Nice fast phone, but OVERHEATS. It FREEZES up and screen stop working. I have to rest or force to power off but then it take like 5 minutes to turn on again

Best Samsung Galaxy, yet!

I am one of those folks that tends to take sometime to upgrade things. But I have been a long-time Samsung follower since my first Samsung smart phone from 2011. I have been holding on to my Samsung S9+ for years and realized that it was time to upgrade. Typically Samsung comes out with new devices, often. So I waited but when I saw the S21 Ultra, I knew I has to make a move.
So far, I love it! Like most quality Samsung model classes; the ultra feels great in my hand... though it took me awhile to get used to the screen being where the finger lock is and the giant fly eye cameras in the back. But once I got used to the feel, I have found that I am excited about using the phone, again. And taking lots of pictures!
The pictures are amazing! And the apps, as of now, run smoothly. It's much easier to play games on it, too. If you are looking for something new and of quality, this has to be the best camera phone in the market.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Upgraded from the Note 8 to the 5g Ultra. Camera is exceptional, sound quality (with HD) is crystal clear, and the processor is fast!
Things I wish hadnt changed:
1. I LOATHE the loss of the notification light on the front. The new "flash/edge" notification is easily missed. The old notification light was something I always looked for if I had a message. I keep my phone on vibrate 90% of the time, so I relied on that light to let me know so I didnt have to engage the phone if I didnt need to .
2. Please put the fingerprint scanner back on the backside of the phone. I find it unweildy being on the front, esp if you choose to not use your thumb for unlocking.
3. Sim cards have been addressed already.
Those are really the only two complaints I have...the notifcation light being the most important to me, at any rate.
I would recommend this to a friend!

do not buy until blurry camera issues is fixed

My main camera worked perfectly when I got it, but Samsung has a known issues with a blurry main camera. I have tried all of the very simple suggestions, but this is a software issue that Samsung is uninterested in addressing.

I bought this to replace a Note 9 with a cracked screen. The Note 9 was, hands down, the best phone I've ever owned. Take the Note 9 and remove everything that makes it great and you'll have the S21 Ultra.

Garbage Phone

I purchased this phone less than 2 months ago and the phone is garbage. The phone randomly stopped working and I took it to Verizon who sent me to an Asurion repair shop. The shop informed me that it was a display issue and would take 2 hours to fix and that it was a common problem with Samsung phones. It has now been a week and the shop is stating that it was a bad motherboard and will be a complete rebuild. They are waiting for Samsung support to assist them and to not have a completion date in sight. I was also informed that Samsung phones are commonly defective. This will be the last Samsung phone that I purchase. I was a dedicated Samsung Android user for 10 years and I will be switching to Apple.

I've received this phone a couple of days ago. During that timeline, I was able to do heavy gaming on it (Asphalt 9 with highest graph settings) with no lag, watch movies, and scroll on social media. The overall experience was amazing. All social media apps (Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok) seemed to open with hardly noticeable load time. Although something to note, apps do reload every now and then. This is usually when there are A LOT of apps open and those apps include games, so I recommend locking the three apps you don't want to reload/close. The phone is a bit big, but the majority of people may be able to adapt to the size of this phone. The camera experience has been nice. Amazing results from shots with good lighting and good results from shots with low lighting (amazing with night mode). With that all said, I actually love this phone and I'm not looking to upgrade anytime soon.
I would recommend this to a friend!
