[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] bought this a little more than 3-4 months ago and I'm still learning things about this phone . love the sleekness ,easy to access apps with biometrics entry , overall great product.

Worst phone (but best camera) I've ever had

Seven months, two phones, both broken.
My first S21 Ultra bricked after about 4 months. Black screen without warning and nothing would recover it. Got a warranty replacement.
Have had the second one for two months and it spontaneously developed two screen cracks. Now, I know everyone with a cracked phone says, "I didn't do anything..." but I REALLY didn't do ANYTHING. Just opened it up and found the cracks. NEVER dropped. Not even set down hard or jostled. Phone is always in a Samsung case. You could examine the phone with a microscope and you won't find any other damage other than these inexplicable cracks. The only speculation I can offer is that the weather was warm, and so I wonder if thermal expansion causes the crack. But there is a fundamental defect if a screen can crack without any impact and completely unacceptable for a phone at this price-point.
Having had multiple other phones that have survived years and which are now being used and abused by my kids, all without a crack or problem, I know a phone screen should not spontaneously crack.
All that said, the camera is pretty awesome. Too bad I have to view the phones through two cracks in the screen.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

best phone i have bought!

I bought this because a lot of people recommended this and I was using the iPhone 12 pro max and it was overheating a lot so I exchanged this with the s21 ultra and I couldn't be happier faster processor better camera and most importantly it didn't overheat! overall best phone in the market :)

I bought this phone for the camera I'm very happy with the camera. I bought this phone back in Febuary and after having it for 6 months I'm noticing the battery life has gone down a lot. It dies way quicker now then when I bought it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

More and more problems arising.

This phone is super fast when it works properly. The camera is amazing. There are times it won't let me touch things on the screen. The switch between 4g and 5g often causes calls to drop or makes the phone have a jammed service connection. I have to go into airplane mode everyday and take it out again for the serivce to straighten out or reconnect. The GPS spins often and can't figure out what direction it is heading. Sometimes this can be corrected by force closing maps and then turning off then on location. If the phone doesn't restart everyday it gets slow and doesn't want to function properly. The s9 plus is still the best best phone samsung has made. The only reason I got this phone is I needed more storage space with all the apps and business I do in my phone. It's almost worth going back to the S9 plus and deal it being a little slower. At least the s9 plus works consistently.

I bought this a month ago and anytime I make calls on wattsapp the person on the other end hardly hears me. I don't know if this Is a system issue or if I can fix it myself??
