[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought 3 months ago and I very disappointed, I have a s10 + and I loved! But I feel that this is a downgrade, the only thing better is te camera but that's it.
The battery duration with 5G is a joke, my s10+ battery duration is better
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Professional Camera System!

As a pro photographer, I was unsure that this phone would be able to replace my Canon 70D DSLR camera. I took it out for test shots. I am able to shoot in Pro Mode & Raw + Jpeg, however, I decided to try the 108MP, which due to pixel binning, produces an above average 12MP. The results blew my mind! After a couple minutes of processing on my Corel Photoshop, I uploaded these shots to sell on my fine art photography website. They are such high resolution, that I'm able to print professional level up to 30" X 40"! My photos using the 108MP are 12,000 X 9000 pixels! I now have a pro level camera that goes everywhere with me, for those unique shots that I always miss when I'm out & about without my large expensive Canon!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love love love this phone! I just traded in my s10 for this phone. Let me tell you I'm not disappointed. Remember those times of not being able to see your screen outdoors in the sun? No issues here, Automatic adjustment. Picture quality is like nothing I've ever experienced before. I've only had this phone a few days now, so u haven't even began to touch what this thing can do. I'd say the one annoyance I had was no expandable memory. Booooooo we need more colors. My only 2 complaints so far.

Great idea, not so great execution

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this phone for about 2 weeks now and I'm disappointed that I didn't get a charging block, or anything else that Im used to a flagship phone coming with. No earbuds (phone doesn't have a headphone jack), no spot to store my s pen (what's the point in using it if I have to find a way to store it to keep it with me?,

Not a Samsung "fanboy", not a Samsung "hater" either. A business owner. Need reliable products. Never into the restrictions and mediocrity of Apple. Always used HTC, a superior product....until the S10. Perfect phone in every way. S21 5x better. No issues. No overheating. No Bluetooth connection issues. Battery lasts long enough, performance is incredible. You KNOW you have a great handset when the "old" S21 still outperforms the "new" iPhone. Best phone ever made thus far.

Amazing all around quality

Love the processing speed of the galaxy ultra, with a breath taking camera and videos. Very easy to navigate and personalize, just wish there was expandable memory as I wasn't able to get the 512gb.

Amazing Phone, BUT...

I purchased my phone May 19, 2qn021. It does do ammazing things lightening fast, however, the screen is built to crack! I haven't found a screen protector that protects the screen. The first drop was on concrete and I take full responsibility. The other 2 breaks happen on the edge where the screen protector barely reaches.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I normally don't write reviews, but I felt compelled to say this. I have been a Samsung user for nearly 20 years. I got an iPhone last year, a 2nd phone, as a business line. After using it for a year, I can say that I absolutely hate the iPhone, and would never make a full switch.
Yesterday, I decided to upgrade my Note 8 to the S21... I was actually going to buy 2 (one as an upgrade and the other to replace my iPhone), but after reading all the reviews and seeing that the S21 was very similar to the iPhone, I backed out of my purchase. I don't want anything at all remotely close to an iPhone!!!
I need the aux jack... even though I have wireless earbuds, my van (which I live in) does not have bluetooth, so I need the jack to listen to music while I'm driving cross country. I think it sucks that the phone doesn't come with a charger and all the other things... but I can overlook that, I can NOT overlook no aux jack. That's a huge disappointment.
Stop trying to be like Apple... that's why us true Android users love you. We DON'T want to make the switch for a reason. Stay in your lane, that's why we ride for you!!
