Hard to learn

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since I've owned this phone in fact a few phones before it, I have yet been able to understand what my device can really do. One of the few issues I have is that if O try to activate a feature, my fear is that I will not know how to turn it off and can become permanent. Since my device is a business devise as well, I cannot afford to make a mistake.
