Love my ultra!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had it for over a month now, it's a little heavier than I thought it would be, but I'm use to it now. The cameras are simply the best, the zoom and clarity are unmatched. My daughter has the 12 pro and my pictures are crisper and I am able to zoom in soo much more. The processing speed has improved immensely, tap on an app and its open. The videos are superior to anything else. I watch them on my 75 in Samsung TV and the quality is better than the 4k DVDs. Keep up the great work Samsung!!

Nice phone upgrade

I was worried I was going to have to reinstall everything, but didn't have to. Loving the phone so far. Still getting used to all of the features. I liked getting a trade in value for my old phone too.

Very touchy using YOUTUBE

I couldn't ask for a better camera, but I find that it will drop the current YOUTUBE video I'm watching if I touch the phone. I pay close attention as to how I pick it up, but as often as not, the phone drops the current video.
